*All shipping cutoff dates are based on our best estimates. Shipping delays are beyond our control, so we are unable to guarantee an arrival date.

*Shipping dates for U.S. orders are for mainland U.S. orders only. Allow additional time for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. 

HOLIDAY ORDERS FAQ

When will my order arrive?

You can expect your order to arrive within 7-10 days from the time you placed it.

Note: Orders placed during weekends, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and the holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow an extra 1-2 business days for order processing. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Express Delivery is currently available for select short sleeve t-shirts only. The shirts that qualify will be marked with an Express Shipping label on the product page of the web site. The expedited shipping cutoff date is Dec. 16. An additional shipping fee of $5.00 will be added for Express Delivery items.

Is it still possible to receive my order by Christmas after the holiday shipping cutoff?

Yes, we will try our best to get orders placed after the holiday shipping cutoff to you in time for Christmas, but please note that it is not guaranteed. 

Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

Yes, we ship to both PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that Express Delivery is not available for APO/FPO addresses. 

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number so you can track it online. Please be sure to check your Junk/Spam folder if you don’t see it right away.

Do you offer a gift wrapping service or personalized messages?

We do not offer this service at this time, but we do offer pickleball themed wrapping paper on our web site.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes! Click here to purchase Digital Gift Cards. Once purchased, you will receive an email containing the digital gift card, or you can have it emailed directly to the recipient. Because they are sent via email, gift cards can be purchased and delivered on the same day, perfect for last minute gift giving!

What are your shipping rates?

Standard U.S. Shipping:

  • $4.95 for orders up to $49.99
  • $6.95 for orders from $50.00-74.99
  • Free shipping for all orders over $75

    Do you offer free shipping?

    Yes! We offer free shipping for all U.S. orders over $75. If the shipping cost hasn't been removed from your order, double-check that the subtotal of your order (before taxes) has reached the $75 minimum. If you're using a discount code, your subtotal must be $75 minimum after the discount has been applied.
